Author of best selling financial books such as, “The Penguin Guide to Personal Finance”, “The Penguin Guide to Winning Stock Market”.

Jeff Alvich is a Senior Business Continuity Trainer and Consultant for Sentryx. Jeff has over 26 years of training and consulting experience in the California fire service and is a subject matter expert in emergency management and preparedness. He is a former Fire Chief for the United States Air Force in Los Angeles, CA, a consultant and instructor for the Department of Homeland Security, and has numerous industry professional designations including BRCCI’s Certified Business Resilience Manager (CBRM), Hazardous Materials Specialist and Instructor, Fire Preventions Officer, Incident Safety Officer, WMD/CBRNE Incident Commander and Instructor, and Haz-Mat Incident Commander/FRO Instructor. Jeff holds an MBA degree from California State University Dominguez Hills, CA and BS degree in Fire Protection Administration from Cogswell Polytechnical College.

Kevin Lepsoe, VP in Structured Credit Trading at Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong. He joins MS from Barclays Capital where he was Co-Head of Institutional Structuring for Non-Japan Asia. He brings with him more than five years of Asian structured credit and derivatives experience having structured FinanceAsia's Securitization Deal of the Year 2002 and the world's first rated commodity-credit hybrid CDO in 2006.

Nathaniel Forbes, CBCP, an expert in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Risk Management, founder and director of FCP, an Asian-based consulting firm that prepares and manages BCP, crisis and emergency plans for multinational companies such as Siemens, the Singapore Exchange, OCBC Bank, Schroder Investment Management, AXA Insurance, Wolters Kluwer, FedEx and Gillette.

Llyod R. Smith , Jr.., MBCP, Master of Disaster Recovery, Business and Government Continuity Advocate, Consultant, Educator and Policy Maker with 25 years experience in Information Systems and 20 years in Disaster Recovery. He served on the Disaster Recovery Institute International Certification Commission and the Disaster Recovery Institute International Board of Directors for eight years. He is a specialist for major disaster recovery operations from Oklahoma's terrorist bombing, F5 tornado, and terrorist attack at the World Trade Center.

Mohan Menon, certified by the Business Continuity Institute UK as a MBCI; he is a Licensed Assessor for the Business Continuity Maturity Model®. With 21 years of experience, his twin academic qualifications and experience in finance and IT gives him a solid background both in the areas of Technology Disaster Recovery as well as in Business .He is also a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Management (MMIM) and the Secretary of the Business Continuity Institute Forum for Malaysia. Recovery and Continuity. He has worked with big corporations including Securities Commission, KL International Airport (KLIA), Citibank, Auckland, New Zealand, Hong Leong Assurance. He has also served as a consultant to Genting Highlands, a complex with six hotels and 9,000 guest rooms.

Kerry Adby, Managing Director of Copernican Securities Pty Ltd an Australian specialist investment bank with a focus on structured finance and on Asian Capital Markets. She has over 15 years experience in REITs and securitisation and has structured and implemented transactions involving a wide range of assets and instruments. Prior to her 25 years of investment and development banking experience, Kerry was a securities regulator and prosecutor in Australia focused on REITs and other collective investment instruments. She has an extensive experience of dealing with local and international rating agencies and regulators in a range of jurisdictions through taking advisory assigments on behalf of clients in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Thailand in addition to Australia, United States and Europe.

Rick Wellman is a Director of Business Continuity and Resilience Trainer and Consultant for Sentryx. Rick is a former US Marine Corps and a graduate in Business Administration at West Coast University, Los Angeles, CA. He is a highly skilled subject matter expert with over twenty-five years of training and consulting experience in information technology, disaster recovery, business continuity, audit, and emergency management. At Qualcomm Inc, Rick managed the IT disaster recovery facility, a multi-million dollar budget, and led all business continuity projects including business impact analysis, and development of business continuity and business resumption plans. Rick holds numerous industry professional designations including the CBRA, CBRM, CDP, CHS5, CERT, CBCP, MBCI, and CRP.
